Beautiful job on my car. Great people
I had previously had experience at Ben's and was always greeted kindly and all the employees that worked with me were pleasant and polite. They did good work the first time however I did have to go back to have them fix something that either wasn't attached 100% properly the first time. BUT they fixed it asap and that was that. Again they were very nice about it. Fast forward a few years. I just brought my Mother's car in for a quick estimate for a fender replacement. I had already gotten two estimates and knew exactly what to expect. Dale at Ben's proceeds to tell me he has to repaint the entire right side of the car to the backseat door and the bumper too! I said, "That will not be necessary as I would only like a new fender and some feathering done on the door so it would match." Dale said, "My shop manager won't allow that and that they wouldn't put their name on it." I restated what I needed then called him out and said, "Are you just trying to get me to leave and not give you my business?" I was so disgusted that Dale was trying to rake me over. To be clear I am paying cash there is no insurance involved. Now to go back to how I was greet by the Dale and the women behind the desk. There was NO greeting. I walked in and politely said I came down for a quick estimate. The woman stared at me for a moment and said, "Okaaaaaay, we need your registration." No hello, how can we help you nothing. Meanwhile Dale just looks at me knowing he is the one that is going to look at the car. He just sits there...He could have come and introduced himself and walked outside or something with me. I walk the registration in...to the women behind the main dest to her desk to hand it to her. It's photocopied and then handed to Dale, again still no intro, no handshake, nothing. I was so disgusted at how both employees lacked ANY decent customer service skills and then I felt as though Dale was trying to take advantage of me. I WILL NEVER USE BEN'S AGAIN AND NOR WILL I EVER RECOMMEND THEM.

I have used Ben’s several times over the years and my experience has always been positive. They deal with the insurance company so you don’t have to, they can supply a rental car if you don’t want to deal with it, repairs are guaranteed for life of ownership and my car always comes back cleaner than when I dropped it off.
Friendly and popular, Front Row has a great menu of food and fast service. Best pizza and subs.
Seriously great service, communication, and follow through. My car was hit, they dealt directly with the insurance company including extra charges they didn't include in the approval. I added on some small cosmetic fixes as it was already there, and it came back better than expected! Highly Recommend.
A friend recommended Ben’s after a black ice incident this winter. I was very pleased with their spot-on quote and seamless work with my insurance company. The loaner car provided was also a real plus. These are days when getting parts can take a long time and I was happy to wait to get such a quality job done.
