Arthur was able to steer me through a difficult situation, taking pictures of my car while I was out of state. Ultimately I towed my Mini Cooper back to Vermont but I appreciate the time and attention to detail they were able to provide so that I could make a decision, even though I don't know much about cars. Thank you!
My car had trouble while I was in town, many hours away from home. They had an opening and were able to see me immediately, even though it was early on Monday morning. They diagnosed the problem quickly and were able to get the problem fixed in a few hours. The staff were friendly and helpful. Can't recommend them enough.
I am a first time customer of Matrix and will be returning for service as needed. Today was just an inspection but they were honest and I needed nothing to pass. Service was fast and the price was low.
