I have been going here for oil changes, and recently the wait time has been 2+ hours due to some stock issues. Today, the manager comped my oil change in acknowledgment of the long wait times. He did this without me telling him or complaining. Sometimes things don't go the way a customer wants, but how the business steps up to address the issue says a lot about how they run.
