This is a must read! Real Review. This past year I have used VIP for some major repairs on my car. I have spent thousands of dollars replacing some older parts, I chose VIP because the prices they quoted were cheaper than the dealer cost for replacement. I will admit I did have some issues with the repairs that they performed on my car, there was never a time that VIP did not try to make the repairs correct at no additional cost to me. I was always treated with the utmost respect and the staff was always professional. In finishing my entire sum of repairs the Manchester VIP Store and staff came through with more than exceptional service. I truly cannot say enough good things about the mechanics and manager at that store. I believe they actually set a standard that service shops should follow to give great prices, services and you can leave knowing that the repairs are done right. I will for certain return here as when they did the last final repair on my car, I now enjoy driving my car again. Please visit the store and find out for yourself.

Came in today for an oil change. Service was fast and friendly. I would recommend VIP for your automotive work. My experience with VIP has been very positive. They are easy to work with and know their stuff. I would recommend them to anyone. Their staff is very friendly, the waiting room is clean. They have WIFI so you can work while waiting for your car to be serviced. Their estimated time is very accurate.
