If this doesn't qualify as being great I don't know what does. After missing my original scheduled time of 2pm. I Called Dan the man 1½hours late and he said no problem I can take you right in now. This was the fourth place I visited to have my tire repaired. The gentleman at the counter was VERY busy, I had no appointment, but he made time for me. He was so polite and professional. The waiting room was very clean and comfortable. Thankfully I only needed a minor repair on the tire. The gentleman took a few minutes with me to discuss when he felt I would need to replace my tires (we both agreed in the upcoming year). He showed me tires that VIP has available and recommended a few that may suit the needs of my commute. I am glad to know a basic price range I need to prepare for. He also let me know about other services VIP offers such as oil changes and alignments. None of the other places I had to visited to try to get my tire repaired offered such calm kind professional service. Be assured I will be a repeat customer from here on.

VIP Auto takes the hassle of getting your oil changed. Easy to make an appointment online and they are always ready at the appointed time. Each staff member is polite, courteous and professional. Never felt like I was being “up sold” Highly recommend!!

We arrived around 7:36AM for an oil change without and were out with our car ready at 8:16AM. They were very professional, fast, and extremely nice. I also love that their waiting area has coffee, water, and wifi available! Thanks for the great service.

The guys in Manchester did their best to make the best of a bad car day. I really appreciate how they took me under the car and showed me what the issues were. When the price got steep, they worked with me to make it affordable for me, and provided options to help. Best of all, they managed to get all my work done same day. Went in to get new tires as I was due for a change and just happened to have a nail in one of them in addition to getting a new battery that was caught during the multi point inspection. Had a great experience and looking forward to going back again.

I went in on a Sunday and the guy working created an unpleasant experience for me. I wrote a letter to the company and Mike the store manager called me the next day and offered to make it right. I went in for the flat repair and he gave me the repair for free, which I was not expecting. Moreover, the shop put the spare back in the trunk where it belongs, not just thrown in there. I have literally ASKED other places when I have gone there to put the tire back where it belongs and I get ignored, I said NOTHING to them about the spare and they did it anyway. Then I asked him about a valve cover gasket job, and I am dropping the car off tonight as they are significantly less expensive than the dealer for the same repair. My 2009 Camry will be going there from now on for ALL its repairs and maintenance! Thank you Mike for not only caring enough to right bad experience and make it a positive one, but to then offer the same service at a price that also shows respect for the customer and not trying to rob them in the process.
