Great work! Much cheaper than ordering OEM replacement parts. Fixed snapped flex pipe joint in under an hour new with flex pipe and welded to old exhaust pipe. Very knowledgeable team and quickly quoted me a price and completed the repairs on the spot. Definitely recommend!

I recently called Lou's for a quote for an exhaust, on my Ford F-350, which I recieved within minutes. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and also asked for them to preform​ an inspection. I dropped my truck off the next day for the work to be completed. They contacted me in the early afternoon telling me the job was completed. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and workmanship. Great Job Guys! June of 2023, I brought my daughters Chevy Traverse in for an exhaust leak diagnosis. Lou's told me it was bad news as we would need to replace the rear manifold/catalytic converter assembly total cost over $3000. Lou's told us to check with the dealer where we bought the car as there might be a recall or maybe covered by the warranty. Lou's did not even charge us for the diagnosis. Just as Evan had stated, there was a recall on the pipe and the catalytic converter was covered under warranty. Absolutely no cost out of our pocket for the total repair. Thank you Lou's!

My son decided to cut off his muffler for the second time and then lost his license. I am driving his car to offset my truck gas mileage and couldn't stand the sound. I brought it in to have them put muffler back on and to my surprise they didn't charge me a dime! Unbelievable customer service! Thank you so much guys!

These guys are amazing. My exhaust broke off right between the muffler and at the connection joint of the catalytic converter due to wear and tear/rust. Figured it should be a quick weld job so I called up and they said to bring it down and they could take a quick look if they had a lift free. Showed up and a lift was free and they confirmed it was an easy welding fix. I was in and out in 15min flat with an honest price. 100% earned business for life. Highly recommend this place.

I went to this place after hearing good things online my muffler was really loud and I thought oh no it’s going to cost me $1000. I went there and within 40 minutes I had a diagnosed and repaired for $80. Thank you for such great service and I know that if I went to a regular shop they would’ve recommended the whole exhaust.

I am a nh state inspector. I was trying to inspect a family members car and noticed she had an exhaust leak in her flex pipe. I took the car to Lous. They took me out and showed me the exhaust, not knowing I had just inspected the car. They told me I was only leaking at the flex pipe but the flanges were getting bad. I told them not to worry about the flanges and just take care of the flex pipe. The work was fast, but when it was done they came out and told me I was also leaking from a flange(it was not when I inspected it.) I asked him how bad it was and he started the car, sure enough it had a massive exhaust leak at the flange after the cat. I told him to go ahead and take care of it. Instead of welding a flange in, he just straight pipe welded it. And charged me an extra $100. I have sent a lot of business to lous, being a technician who works in a shop not far from them, but I an extremely disappointed in the dishonesty I witnessed when I went in as a customer. This is the kind of shop that makes people not believe professionals when they are told they need something. Stay away.

Went in for a flex pipe, the mechanic cut out an extra piece of my exhaust with no explanation whatsoever. I believe it to have been unnecessary and of course i was charged an extra 80 bucks for it. Not how I like to do business. However I can't the knock the work, The welds looks very good.

I brought it in and they pulled my car into the garage in less than 5 minutes. I waited for probably less than 20 minutes for them to replace the flex pipe. Cost wasn’t to hefty either! Overall very pleased!
