A couple days ago I drove almost 50 miles to Lou's because they know my car, give me realtime advice, and most of all after 10 years, I trust them. My car is running better than it has in months. Trust is rare in these days and times. 💯🏅🍻 Last week I took my '18 Tacoma there, and the other day I took my Mini. If I could give them a 5 star Michelin rating I would. Around 10 years ago I had a Suzuki SX-4. It was a good beater. The muffler needed attention. Suzuki wanted an amazing amount of money. I took it to Lou's. When I saw Baldwin sitting inside the engine compartment I was sold. He fixed my manifold, and made a pipe down to the muffler. He was smiling and happy about it too. (I've seen a few flying wrenches) I was more than happy to pay them. I thank God each time I go there. 🏅 I'm past my hot rod phase, I think. 🤫 Mini was sounding like the best of them one morning. Even had a crackle my neighbors kids cheered about when I revved the engine. Lou's fixed my muffler and got Mini purring like a dream in under an hour. She even had more pep. I was like slow down horsy. Baldwin takes pride in his work. A few days ago I had to take mini in again for my oil change. The oil filter housing cap needed changing. While that was being done they took the time to see what was causing my ticking sound. He showed me that my pulley, tension wheel, and belt needed changing. Immediately I called my friends at FCT Performance in Nashua. They told me to bring it over in the morning. Whew. Thank you to Lou's again it was close.

Excellent service, exhaust repair and did a great job at a reasonable price. Helped us at a last minute call and got us in the very next morning for a quick repair. Staff is friendly. Definitely recommend!

Tell people when you do right by me I have a big mouth, and when you do wrong it is even bigger...Happy to say I took my older car there was told that it was going to be more than what the car is worth, but instead of a new car note, I decided to fix the exhaust system...Quoted one price, paid much less. THANKS GUYS! Car sounds almost new again. 5* from me!

Went to 3 different places on a quote for a new exhaust before I choose Lou's and when they told me a price I didn't believe them at first made an appointment that I was so excited for brought it in a week early didn't even realize it and they got it in that day also they stayed late to finish it! Kudos to the team in concord!

I went because recommended by another car-repair place. I'm glad I went. Super-friendly. Low price. Gave me choices about what to repair, and explained those choices in detail. Nice waiting room. Makes me want my car to break down, so I can have the pleasure of going there again. 2 limitations: phone for an appointment (don't just drop in), and service is specialized (limited to fixing muffler and exhaust).

I called there today about getting my exhaust repaired and spoke to Evan who told me to come right down. He got me right in and got to work on my truck. I opted to wait while Evan worked and I got to observe he and his coworkers' interactions with people walking in and the phone ringing constantly. Those guys were Awesome!! Evan and his coworker both stayed very professional, friendly and courteous when it "hit the fan" busy. They are a well oiled customer service machine!! Their work is exceptional and they treat their customers like friends. The best part of it all was that Evan was transparent about what needed to be done, showed me what needed to be done and then gave me a very fair price to get it done. Thank you Evan!! Highly recommend these guys!!!

This is the third time I've been to Lou's where they pulled my van it, took care of the issue and I was out of there in less than a 1/2 hour. Today, was with a new-to-me van that needed a muffler. $350, installed, for a stainless steel muffler and a 5 year warranty. And, again, in and out super fast, no appointment. The young man who did The welding totally loves what he does and cares about his work. 100% recommend Lou's in Manchester for all your exhaust needs!

Iban did a fantastic job, found the issue in less than 5 minutes, fixed my exhaust leak in 45 mins. $250. Will come again in the future!

Awesome! All i have to say, not expensive, not a long waiting time, just amazing! Anyone needs an exhaust fixed or replaced call these guys, you'll be very happy! Atleast I was, my husband got a brand new truck and whenever he started it it was just too quiet we never knew if it was started or not, so we went to Lou's custom exhaust and no words can describe the work they did to a T, gave us everything we wanted was done right and above and beyond. Absolutely would recommend this place to ANYONE looking for exhaust work!
