They replaced my crushed fender, and gave me an alignment. As soon as I got the car back I noticed the alignment was still very off. Could not go back immediately to tell them the issue. The next morning I noticed one of my headlights was not working, on my way to work the check engine light came on. Pulled over and ran the code because I carry an OBD reader in my car. Code was for a coolant fan not working. Went under the hood and noticed the headlight wire wrapped up in my fan, untangled it and went directly to Chevy. Told them the issue and at first I was told there's they were not reasonable for the headlight wiring because they did not touch my headlights. The auto body person who worked on my car offered to look at it and see if he could fix the headlight, while looking at it. He says "oh I just forgot to plug the wire back into the headlight". But at first he was telling me he did not touch any headlights because he was fixing the fender. Conclusion came to they did have to remove my front bumper to replace my fender, in doing so forgot to plug in one of my headlights. That later got stuck in the coolant fan damaging the wire. The refused to replace any wiring. Headlight is still broken.
Shop refused to work on body damage that was insured because "honestly it sounds like pulling teeth." Any shop not willing to work with insurance is a HUGE red flag. Will never recommend this shop to anyone

Needed an additional insurance estimate because the estimator didn’t catch all the damage with the photos the first time. Communication has been atrocious. Each time I’ve spoken to a different person and I’ve been the one making the calls to check in. Also I’ve been promised calls back that I never received. Please save yourself a hassle and go elsewhere.
Someone hit my car while parked and the inner fender and the side mirror is about to fall. So I stopped by the collision center to get an estimate for the inner fender, broken mirror and a paint job. The receptionist, the estimator and a few more ladies were happily chatting. When I entered the center at 3.45pm, the receptionist asked if the estimator wanted to go out and check the car. The estimator was hesitant and wanted to continue her CHATTING. So the receptionist came out to check the car and took few pictures. She promised me that the estimator will give a quote via email. It has been more than 3 weeks and I still have not received a quote. After several phone calls, they just make fake promises and never keep up. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED. I WISH I COULD GIVE -10.
