My husband and I went into the Lebanon NH store this morning after being treated so horribly at Advance Auto Parts, and asked the man working if we could get my alternator tested. He was extremely friendly said give him a minute he’d be out to help us, he was the only employee working and was the only one scheduled to work all day open to close. He had like 4 other customers in the store once he finished with them he came right out and helped us, smiling chatting never acted upset or stressed about working alone or being too busy to help us. We were extremely appreciative of the amazing business today and we will be back for more business. I wish I got the employees name but I hope the manager of that location sees this and thanks the employee again from our family!

Super nice and helpful staff! I bought a machine to inflate my flat tire and Garry came out to the parking lot and showed me how to use it. You guys are the best!
