Horrible business! They'll hear what you have to say and bring you something totally different and then God forbids anything be wrong because "they wouldn't inspect it if it wasn't all good" days one of the "bosses" when I tried bringing in my 6 month old car from them already needing new tires due to cupping.. something I've NEVER dealt with in over 20 years of driving and being in a mechanic's family! They won't do anything about it because it's been 6 months... anybody else ever have cupping or need new tires for any reason within 6 months of inspection that wasn't driving it out of the usually daily driving from work and home?? I doubt it. Very unprofessional not to mention I currently work at a dealership and was advised to go back to nucar and ask about this situation since I bought it from them only..6 months ago! Very disappointed

Our vehicle had to go into the collision center after a vandalism. They were straight forward from the beginning and told us that it would be approximately 2 weeks. They were close to 2 weeks and my car came back looking brand new. We will always use them from here on. They kept us in the loop and were very respectful.
