Absolutely the WORST! Went in not once, but twice, and both times I had an appointment, and my car wasn't touched for at least a minimum of two hours. Not only does appointments don't seem to even matter, the only service that was completed was an oil change (I think.. not confident that even actually happened) when I went in for a state inspection. My second visit was to get my car completed with the "repairs" needed to pass the state inspection, but the "wrong part" was ordered. Again this was 4 hours of sitting around. Car still not fixed. I was told I would get a call on Monday when the part comes in, it's now Wednesday. No call.. no update.. not even a courtesy call with any update with so called part order. Absolutely the worst customer service experience, unless you love your time wasted and love lack of communication.

It looks like during your first appointment, it was originally made for a drop off and a pick up time of 5PM, when it changed to a waiting appointment the same day, our crew did the best they could to accommodate the request in a timely manner. Beyond our control, the parts delivered were not correct for the vehicle, this did prove to be an inconvenience and we do apologize. The store manager has reached out to you and we hope you were able to connect. We hope to share a much more positive experience during the repair of your vehicle, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

I went to Sullivan Tire for oil change and tire rotation. Rotation free as I bought tires there. Great service done timely manner.

Our Lincoln MKX got a flat tire on the long Holiday weekend on Saturday September 2, 2023. We had our car towed and Sullivan Tire in Hudson NH, the close at 5:00 p.m. The tow truck arrived at 4:55. The tech stayed and put one tire on and ordered three more for Tuesday September 5, 2023. I own Road Scholars Transportation LLC and would not trust anyone else with my tires for all 15 vehicles!!! Thank you Sullivan Tire!!

I was very satisfied with my experience here. I bought 4 tires and they gave me a free alignment inspection. I really expected for them to come back telling me I needed one but they came back telling me my vehicle alignment was perfect! Such great news. They didn't try to sell me anything which I didn't need. I was there for about 2 hours. The customer's coming in and out were mostly on a first name basis. Very nice place to buy tires! And more!

Gone down hill. Counter help rude,all knowing attitude and you should hear what they say among themselves when they don't think anyone can hear . Been a customer but never to return.

Absolutely AMAZING staff at this location! Thank you John for all of your help on my car. And a huge shout out for fixing my headlight that was a very nice surprise I got when I finally realized lol. This team ROCKS!!!
