Devoted Repairs is the cleanest and most organized shop I’ve ever been to. My car suddenly died on my way into work and AAA towed it there - they were extremely communicative and prompt. They sent me a written estimate with photos of what was wrong, texted back and forth with me, had my car ready to go the next day. They even stayed late for me to come pick it up after hours. Can’t say enough good things about them!

Lifetime customer already; but felt I needed to post another review. I took my car in for my routine oil change however; my car has been at the dealership 6 times since March for warranty work which has been a nightmare, they assured me this time everything was repaired. Upon putting my car on the lift, Chris immediately came in to speak to me and brought me out to the car. Yet again; my car is leaking A LOT of oil. Chris took close to 45 minutes of his time to walk me through piece by piece that had been “repaired”, showing me various areas that were not repaired correctly and still leaking. I called the dealership right away and asked the questions that were suggested. Chris also took the time to go over my repair records and point out various inconsistencies where the dealership claimed they didn’t touch certain parts that are currently leaking however in the work order they clearly did. If it wasn’t for Chris walking me through, pointing items out and explaining things; I probably would have been stuck with another major repair out of pocket from the dealership because I definitely would have had no clue what was going on. Unbelievable customer service, knowledge and overall care taken!

Reliable and tustworthy.

My truck is getting up there in age, 12 years old and 196k miles young. As such it has really started to need more attention and dare I say it, repairs. I can’t say enough good things about the team at devoted. The communication is unbelievable. I receive updates via text and email through out the process, have access to the mechanics notes and always get a quick reply from Mike when I ask questions. I dropped off my truck today and found out I needed a catalytic converter. I asked Mike when they could get it back to me and he said that day. I just picked up my truck an hour after closing because it was fighting them and knowing it is my only car, the guys stayed late to make it happen. Beyond relieved and pleased I found these guys. If you aren’t sure yet, I implore you to try them for your next repair.

if i could give 10 stars i would!! i felt like my car had a million issues due to me neglecting maintenance so i started off with getting a quote for what i thought was wrong they responded almost immediately, and suggested i’d get a diagnosis along with an oil change that i needed! they have amazing communication, they took pictures and explained throughly what was wrong, and gave me updates throughout working on my car! and what they couldn’t fix (my exhaust) they recommended another amazing small business! i had my breaks done, rear suspension, alignment, oil change & tire rotation all for an amazing price! and my car is driving like new again!! the service manager Mike was amazing he was very clear on pricing, very helpful and honest when i first messaged them getting a quote and was very kind! when i dropped my car off for service the owner Mike came out and greeted me with a clean handshake and told me my car was in great hands and assured me she’ll be done by end of the day! another thing i must add to this was how unbelievably clean this place is, when i went in to go paid i was floored by how clean it was, other mechanic shops i’ve been too were extremely unkept but not this place! i will definitely be back & will be highly recommending this place to everyone! :)

I had an excellent first-time experience at Devoted Repairs. I brought my Honda Fit in for an inspection and to diagnose my TPMS light. They repositioned a loose radiator hose and replaced a clamp for free during the inspection. The quote they gave for the TPMS sensor replacement was fair. They have a great online estimate and invoice system that includes images and a clear description of the work. They send prompt texts when they have an update for you. Mike was friendly and responsive. Very satisfied customer here and I will return (hopefully not too soon)!

You want honesty, reliability, great work and a staff that is up front with any and all issues that needs attention. Devoted Repairs is the place to go. They will take care of you and your vehicle with the utmost care. It’s awesome to have a local business that cares about customers. Highly recommend these guys.
