Met Mike P through BNI. Mentioned I needed a bunch of maintenance work done on my 2019 Chevy Colorado. Was Quick with the Estimate and even quicker with getting the work done while I was out of town. Process for pay and Estimate was quick and Easy and Lower cost than going through the Manufacturer (Chevy). Appreciate Everything. Highly Recommended. Also grew up with one of the technicians. Called devoted to schedule an appointment to have some basic diagnostics done to my truck to confirm an issue I suspect, before even scheduling the appointment Mike was more than happy to assist with saving me money and time by helping point me in the right direction over the phone. Seem like good honest people.

i had an amazing time going through devoted repairs no one ever likes to pay to get there car fixed but i dont regret going here they made the whole thing easy and i didnt have to stress about what was going on they were transparent and had informed me on other things that i should look out for in the future

Devoted auto repairs did an amazing job on my Mustang the clutch they put in was perfect and they did a great job on my inner and outer tie rods I'm definitely recommending them to my friends and family

I had a coolant leak at the turbo that was tricky to diagnose and difficult to repair. Mike and his crew completed the repair in a timely manner and came in under their original estimate. It was a great experience.

Devoted had great reviews and I was looking for a local mechanic so I tried them out for a State Inspection. They failed me for a safety issue with my suspension. As I had recently had a full alignment (and told them this) I was surprised and went to the dealer for a second opinion and told them to look at the ball joints specifically. Dealer measured the ball joint with calipers and said it was fine. Hardly a safety issue. As Devoted also asked about my marginally low power steering fluid looking for leaks I believe they were looking for any issue to upsell a repair. I am out my inspection fee and won’t be going back. Edit: Devoted did call me after my review and explained they would refund my money and felt the issue was serious enough they are justified to reject the inspection. I appreciate that response and I certainly take safety seriously, which is why I sought a second opinion. The dealer said it was fine and safe and they measured with dial calipers and the ball joint wear was within Toyota specifications. Thank you Devoted for your customer service and refund of my fee. There obviously is a difference in opinion between service centers, however I now know that I have a future ball joint repair and I will perform this repair at my convenience instead of under pressure within the timeframe of the inspection sticker. I changed my review to three stars for your response. I appreciate it.

Jun 23, 2023Hi Jeff, We have video proof that your ball joint had enough vertical play to be deemed unsafe, therefore it fails for NH State Inspection. As far as your power steering, we were merely letting you know about all fluids during your visit as a complimentary point of awareness for you and we did not attempt to upsell you on anything. Our mission is to keep you safe and not to sell you things you do not need. Sadly, we did not see eye to eye and for that, we are happy to refund your Inspection fee as we do not want you paying for a service you don't agree with. Deepest apologies.
