There are going to be areas that need attention. Maybe not all at once, but it's your right to know. It is unfair to you, and all vehicle owners who are having their cars serviced by someone who does not have your best interest in mind. If that timing belt breaks on you. That's not your fault. If the owner knew that before, maybe they wouldn't have fixed it, and could have made a better decision if they had all of the facts to start with. It's important to know the whole picture to give you the choice when making the decision on how you want to go about fixing your car. We are not the shop for everyone, if you do not want to take care of your car properly, the dealership is actually the best place for that. They never tell you anything, they never recommend anything, and everything is always a surprise. Some people like that, but we do not want to service cars that have not been taken care of in that way. Cheaper is never better.
