The gentleman was great, took care of what the original place went to have my tires done, but couldnt finish the job & he did it with a smile.

I would put no stars if I could. The guy who helped me at the front desk was very nice I believe his name was Dave. Scott who answered the phone when I called to let them know what happened to it didn’t happen to someone else . He has no customer service skills he was yelling at me telling me it’s impossible that happened and it was my fault. I should have known the tires needed different lug nuts. I said why would I know that I’m not a mechanic that’s what you guys are paid for to inform us of what’s needed and not let us drive off with our tires falling off. Thank for my son wasn’t in the car and no was was hurt.
