Car towed by this company last night from my home as they were dispatched by AAA. They did not follow instructions and showed up at 5pm when I explicitly requested 6pm since I was not out of work until close to that time. I had to rush home to be there for the tow truck driver and he drive back to the shop so he wasn't there when I got there. He finally came back after I called him about 10 mins later. Called the dealership they were to tow my vehicle to for my appointment at 10am. My call to them was around 1:30pm. My car was not there at all. The tow driver was stopped by safety police apparently and kept for about 4 hours on the side of the road with my vehicle. No one content to let me know and the guy that seems to run things said his driver was behind for that reason and if he was not there he would be there soon. I asked to see where my car was exactly and he kept saying... As I stated. 3 times. I hung up on him. Dude.... Contact your driver and just find out the status and location and give me the info. You have my car to tow. I as an owner have a right to know where my vehicle is. Learn better communication and professional for your business. I highly do not recommend this tow truck company.

AAA sent them to jumpstart my car. The owner of the business, Derek, was here within a half hour and got it started, after figuring out the key FOB alarm/valet mode. I would never have thought to lock and unlock the car. Very thankful! Thank you, Derek!
