Wonderful service, guys that know what they are doing, and even better polite while doing it
I had called triple a and waited two hours only to get the run around so I called bertocchi and they were there in ten minutes called triple a the next day and canceled my plan thank you bertocchi for the great service
Terrible customer service. This company thinks they can treat people like trash.
Excellent. Great customer service
Extremely unprofessional. My husband was waiting for a tow from them (they were contracted by AAA), his car was on the side of the road and he had to walk over a mile to work. The tow driver from this company picked him up at work, drove him to his car, and attempted to jumpstart it. When the car did not start, my husband asked them to tow it back to our house. The driver refused (even though he had his tow truck), telling him "I have a lot of service calls today." Um....wasn't this a service call?? My husband asked the driver to take him back to his work, and was told "I'm not your taxi service." The driver then left, leaving my husband to have to walk the almost two miles back to his work. This was reported to AAA, hopefully they will NOT use this company again and others should be warned!
I had a wonderful young man come out to charge a dead battery for me. He not only charged the battery, he spent time with me trying to problem solve the reason for the dead battery and providing a number of ideas about how to minimize any future issues and inconvenience. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and went out of his way to offer assistance.
