Do not go here if you need your vehicle back within a month, and fixed. These guys couldn't figure my 96 Suburban 2500 fuel issue. I made 3 appts and each time was "bumped" because of a "special project" that just rolled in. I had an appt! Wells River Chevy got me in within 24 hrs, and diagnosed the faulty fuel injectors on day 1 and ordered the parts and fully repaired within 3 days! It seems like J&J doesn't care about certain customers. Guess you gotta be in the good 'ol boys club or something.
They are the most trustworthy and truly see that Auto care is not to just fix cars and make money . But see it as wanting to make you safe in your car. If you have kids or elderly or anyone . Just today I had a tire light . They said I come and check for me right away . I transport kids so that is why and didn't charge me. This is how they show genuine concern for people's safety.
In an area full of competition J&J’s excels. Knowledgeable and honest with fair prices. Professionalism is the best around.
Great customer service! Fit me in with little notice, new battery installed within 15 minutes.

Great service every time
My family and I have taken our cars here for years, since before when they were R&M, and J&J have carried on the reputation for excellence. They are always busy, which tells me everyone else knows they are awesome too! Reliable and trustworthy, and even if they are super busy they will find the time for emergencies. Also sometimes as a woman, mechanics will talk down to you or not fully explain things. Not the case here, they always explain to me what they did and why, and break down the pricing, without prompting.
