We needed our cars inspected, they scheduled us exactly when we wanted, they were friendly and efficient, the charge was reasonable and less than anywhere else near us. We would highly recommend them for car inspections!
I stopped at the gas station directly next to the shop with a very flat tire that I could not get to inflate with the provided air hose. I ran next door to Robert’s to see if they could help me at all. Even though the mechanics were all about to go home for the day, they walked back to the gas station with me to help with my tire without hesitation. The mechanics I met - Jen, Raven, Keith, and Aaron - all together helped in some way to have my tire taken care of within the half hour. When my tire first went flat, I figured I would be putting on the spare to drive back home, but Robert’s had the same tire fully repaired and back on my car before I could believe it. Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I’m so appreciative to them for staying late to take care of an issue I brought to them as they were getting ready to leave. Many people wouldn’t do that, but the four mechanics never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them, either. I highly recommend Robert’s, it’s been the best experience I’ve had at an auto shop. There are many auto shops closer to my area, but I would be willing to drive to them for future service as well, as they are worth the commute. Thank you again to the four that helped me (Jen, Raven, Keith, and Aaron), I am so grateful for their actions and kindness, and I am happy that of all shops I had a flat next to, it was them.
I always go to Robert's for state inspection. I was able to get an appointment that was within days of when I called. Their staff is very knowledgeable should anything arise and their prices are reasonable. Try getting that at a dealership!
