The last 2 weeks we got 2 new cars from Tulley, but we have been buying cars from there for many years. Mike Laudano is an excellent salesman and knows his GMC cars and trucks. Tulley always provides excellent customer service and we won’t buy anywhere else and especially from Mike Laudano!!!!

Repaired my recall at no expense and also provided me with a nice rental vehicle for the day. They gave me a video on everthing I needed to fix on my vehicle at no charge and washed my car while I drank a complimentary coffee and the coffee bar.

This place has been horrible lately. It's as if once the covid restrictions ended they made the decision to lie, cheat and steal. I had new tires installed a month before service and they recommended new tires. They said "based on age" my coolant reservoir needed to be changed. I asked to replace a light bulb, they said no lights were out, but I still DO have a light in the left rear that is out. Thanks for putting on a new inspection sticker anyway...incompetent bafoons.

I’ve had mixed experiences with Tulley. Some good some less than optimal. For me it was in the end a big miss but you might have luck Service department in Manchester is awesome. Unfortunately I got to know them really really well. Salesman in Nashua kept trying to down sell me even though I’ve already bought a car through them. A bit sad but it made my purchase decision really easy.

Brought my vehicle into BMW service for a recall. The service was great, I got updates throughout including a video walk around from my tech. Was really impressed with the service.

Derek was great, very informative, helpful and knowledgeable. And the finance side of things was easy as.
