What the hell what are you doing in my father’s glove box and then you broke it yeah, no reason to be in there

Every single VIP customer deserves nothing less than trustworthy, professional service, Robert Field. We’re disappointed that your experience did not measure up to this. Often times the only way to access the cabin air filter is through the glove box, but that in no way makes our team breaking something and not alerting you to the fact, okay. I did get a quote for tires for another vehicle I own and the service advisor took the time with me to go over options and explained that the quote is good for all VIPs as I am not from Gorham area.
