I had to return to Meineke three times with the same issue before my car was actually fixed. Ended up spending about $1000 on a simple fix. What annoyed me most was the fix should have been caught by the initial diagnostic, clearly they didn’t do their job to the fullest extent. I will not be returning.

I had a pleasant experience at Meinicke. They answered my questions to my satisfaction and did the work in minimal time. These guys are great. !

They are always very nice and accommodating at this Meineke. My only comment is to let the customer know if they don’t have the part needed and have to order it so the customer has the option to reschedule instead of waiting for the part to be delivered
