Went in looking for a used vehicle. The friendly and professional staff found us exactly what we needed for a vehicle with a price that was very reasonable. They also gave us a better price for our trade than some other places had offered. Very happy we stopped in n today!!!!!!

Joe m. The service manager is the best. Having his crew in your corner is like Having Iron Mike in your corner. Every time I bring in my 2008 comander. They not only fix what’s needed but also find other things wrong that is still covered under my lifetime warranty. They are also the only place out of 4 places that fixed my sun roof drain. They ROCK.

Service manager is great, service reps are not. Brought my car in, knew exactly what was wrong and my message was completely disregarded and car ended up being in there a month longer than needed. A message to Crosstown: if someone brings their vehicle in and says what is wrong, maybe try that first. Service manager was fantastic to work with, he fixed the service rep’s mistake and helped with the process.
