There was extra staff bagging at the checkout today. I’m not sure if it helped with speeding you through. It might have been better use of staffing to give them each a register. But I understand that every employee has not been trained on the register, so there you go. I never see an employee hiding out with their hands in their pockets. Every one is busy.
They close too early. They are understaffed. I think Walmart doesn't employ enough people, anyway. They sure as all heck need more cashiers in the store in general. Customer service did eventually help, and despite the department being closed.
Polite staff, but definitely understaffed.
Poor customer service, don’t answer the phones. Also refuse walk ins. The associates are rude to customers. I’ll stick to my mechanic and Valvoline for my maintenance.
They put a new battery in my vehicle when it wasn't the problem, then laughed about it. I asked the mechanic why they didn't plug in an "on board detector, sha actually said I think someone took it home or it was stolen ". At this point I was out $140.00 and needed to bring it to another mechanic where it could be diagnosed and fixed. WALMART AUTO, NEVER AGAIN?
Google said they were "open till 8 PM. Confirmed 2 weeks ago by phone" Got there at 6:30 PM and they were closed. No business hours posted that I could see. Had to ask 4 employees before I found one who said he thought they were open from 7 AM to 5 PM. What a mess!
They lied about having my size tire in stock and told me they were finishing the last job before we close at 4 it was 145. forever lost my business
