My car threw a serpentine belt/pulley, leaving me stuck on the side of the highway. shortly after, Matt pulled up and asked if everything was alright and if I needed a tow, and I accepted his offer and he was able to put it all through my AAA card. They had a truck there within 10 minutes, got my car home quickly and safely, Will definitely be calling premier if I need help in the future, I drive a Volkswagen so keep that ringer on lol, thank you all very much!

I was in a jam,dead on the side of the road.The owner Matt was on his way home when he pulled over to see if I needed help.I told him I was trying to find a tow and he offered to help.He absolutely went out of his way to get me and my vehicle safely and quickly where I needed to go.Very reasonable price and very professional and courteous service.I will definitely use his number again in need,and would recommend his company to anyone needing help with their vehicle troubles.

Headed to NH from NC we hit a pothole and sadly, got a flat. We called a bunch of places but Premier was there within an hour! (We were off the side of the highway at 1am and they found us pretty fast). We were all squared away pretty quickly with great service and customer service from frank

Wow! A+ service! I broke down in Brentwood, googled towing in Brentwood and saw the number for Premier. Matt answered right away, got to me within 20 minutes, was super professional, and gave me a very reasonable price. Couldn't have asked for better service! I was so relieved! Broke down and home in less than an hour thanks to Matt! Would highly recommend!!!
