Matt and his crew responded right on time on the heals of a nor'easter after we had been waiting over 18 hours for 3 other AAA vendors that never showed. Matt was knowledgeable and professional. As a former tow truck driver, I'm usually skeptical of towing companies that work with AAA, but Matt really knows his stuff. He came out to tow my car at 6 in the morning after numerous other towing companies declined my AAA tow. He was polite, professional, and got me and my car home quick. I would recommend Matt's services to everyone and I will be calling him for any future towing needs.

My exhaust broke in the middle of the night, and I was desperately looking for a garage to repair it. Searching the Internet, I came across Premier Towing. As soon as I arrived, my car was immediately taken care of by Matt, who was very polite and professional. An hour later, my car was running perfectly, and for a very reasonable price!

While out shopping in Plaistow, NH, I misplaced my credit card. While retracing my steps, I realized my gas gauge was almost on E! I called AAA and they said Premier Towing and Auto would be by to help. I promptly received a call from Matt. He assured me he would meet me shortly. Not only did he arrive quickly, but he went above and beyond to be sure I had gas and was safe and warm on a very cold night. He truly went above and beyond and turned a bad situation into something positive. Not only is this his business, he truly cared about my safety.
