The folks at Lou's are friendly and do excellent work at a reasonable cost. I particularly appreciated that they showed me exactly what the problem was before the repair and showed me their repair when finished. Their repair was excellent. They gave me the exact cost prior to the repair.

I went to Firestone and was quoted $1100 for a whole new muffler. I was recommended Lou’s by somersworth Nissan so I went for a second opinion. The guys here said my muffler was fine and just needed a new piece welded on. I was in and out within 20 minutes, it was a fraction of the cost, and my car sounds great now! Everyone was super friendly and I’ll definitely be back if I need anything else.

300 buck to install a cat back system that they can't even put the mufflers on straight, not to mention the kid that works there doesn't have a clue what he's doing..

Very over priced compared to other luis customs I was told over 1200 for a catback exhaust it’s not even a dual exhaust
