The owner/operator Mike was very helpful and personable. Staff took the time to show the work and were also very friendly and knowledgeable. I can't give more stars or I would. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend this shop.

Needed some exhaust work done to pass inspection, Mike the owner was cheerful and very polite, business was clean. Didn’t try to push work that didn’t need to be done, highly recommend this shop.

Took my car to lous custom exhaust after another shop told me I needed new catalytic converters within 10 minutes it was on the lift and we came up with a plan to fix everything at a reasonable price had my exhaust fixed with 2 hours these guys deserve more than 5 stars

I brought my car to Lou’s for new tires and they had the best prices by far. I’ve also had some muffler work done here, they are honest and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Several welds leaked in less than 4 months, ended up going to portsmouth location to get it fixed and to find out this is very common in dover

We do our best to put out the highest quality work, but as you can imagine, we don't always hit the mark. I can assure you, if you'd have let us know, we would have done whatever we had to in order to resolve the issue. As for this sort of thing being common, that's just not true. Take a look at our reviews here and on other platforms and you'll see what our customers are saying about the quality of our products, our work and our staff. Fixed a mid-muffler hole issue detected during inspection for 1/3 price quoted elsewhere. All works well now.
