Some of the best service I’ve ever experienced. I had a flat tire that needed replacing and I was very much in a pinch - Mike, the store manager, made me feel very welcome and put me at ease and had me on my way in no time! He didn’t have the tire in stock and somehow got it delivered as I waited. True professionalism and customer service, I will be returning to Goodyear for future tire services!
Becoming my regular mechanic More than tires and straight forward staff
Wow, I can't tell you how great a job these guys did for me. I made a mistake and waited to long to service my vehicle and I had to have my business truck brakes done and tires done immediately, I called all around and no one could squeeze me in. Finally I called Goodyear in Concord, NH on Main St. and Mike found a place to squeeze me in and Ken did an amazing job getting it all finished in one day. Great guys great service, great job all around! Thank you!
This place is amazing! I didn’t have an appointment and they were flexible enough to squeeze me in last minute for a free wheel alignment check. Also, Mike at the front desk was very nice and patience when he explained to me the process of a wheel alignment. Highly recommended!
