My boyfriend & I brought one of our cars in for an inspection after recommendation from a family member. My appointment went smooth and I was called as soon as my vehicle was ready for pick up! From drop off to pick up, everyone was friendly and had a smile on their face. We will definitely be back for any further concerns, and when the time comes for our 2nd vehicle!
You charged my son $242.37 for an oil change that didn't include tire rotation and you looked into a radio and blinker not making any noise, didn't find anything and want him to go back to pay another $200+ so you can look again. UNREAL! FYI: I get my oil changes at Irwin, 7 qts full synthetic, tire rotation, 7 point service $89. I can't even believe you took almost half his paycheck.

Brought it in years ago, my brakes sounded funny. They charged me over $400 claiming they cleaned my brake pins. Brought it to Sanborns in Laconia, I needed new brakes and the sound was because the pins were in the wrong places. They never cleaned them as well. I paid over $400 for nothing.

Oct 24, 2023Just to be clear Andrea, we service brakes only, on all four wheels. This was back on 6/30/2021 now over 2 years ago and charged you $264.42. While I highly doubt we installed the "caliper pins wrong" I've always said we are human and do make mistakes from time to time. That said, instead of running to the internet, you could have contacted me so I may have had the opportunity to resolve your complaint. Good day Paul
Another local shop specializing in foreign autos totally misdiagnosed a noisy back end on my 2006 BMW330CI. Even though I myself questioned whether or not it might be a bad wheel bearing. After an alignment and new tires, the noise was marginally better. Took it to Auto Haus and they quickly diagnosed a bad wheel bearing. Car was quickly repaired and is driving like a champ once again!

Recently brought my Mini Cooper to Autohaus for an oil change. As I sitting in the waiting room a man came in and asked to speak privately with the owner because “he was about to say things that he probably didn’t want his customers to hear”. I wished I had listened to my instincts & asked for my keys & left. The whole experience was weird. My car started acting up immediately. I’ve barely put any miles on it since the oil change & turns out there was barely any oil in it. No oil leaks. Just terrible service. Beware.
