Got an oil change done. Great place with reasonable prices

I just needed An inspection so I made an appointment about a week ago, showed up they pulled my car right in as I told them had had to wait for it. Was done in no time super friendly, definitely going to be my go to spot for any future work.

I use to recommend but not anymore. Owner got mad that my commuter car broke down away from home and I had it repaired by the tow truck company. Because of that he asked me not to return to his shop as he needs to make more money. I wish Auto Haus would have caught the issues on the last inspection and service so I wouldn't have been stranded. Sometimes things don't break in your driveway. Best of luck to Paul and his team.

Jun 24, 2023The simple facts of this review are I hurt Joel's feelings and this was his way of evening the score. Joel had been a customer of Auto Haus of Meredith for about 3.5 years until his recent firing as a customer. 1 of maybe 8 people in 19 years of business I've parted ways with. The TRUTH behind Joel's "story" is that for years we have made many recommendations which Joel always declined and took that service elsewhere. After his most recent visit for yet another oil change and state inspection. I explained that my business model wasn't that of a quick lube and he would have to take that service to whoever has been doing the repairs on his vehicle. Joel first stated that he hadn't needed any in three year. However, the four new tires and front brakes told a different story. When I pointed out those new repairs, his story change to "Oh ya I lent it to my buddy and he must have had it done." Now here we are with yet a third version of events. Joel, I too wish you luck the best of luck.
