Worst mechanic shop ever, don’t go there. They are heartless, terrible and know nothing. Their prices are unrealistic, unreasonable and ridiculous. Go somewhere else. There’s nothing better HERE!!!

I stopped in without an appointment in hopes of getting a cylinder misfit code checked and possibly a spark plug changed while I was out of town. They said they could do the diagnosis but couldn't change a plug for 2 days. . . One of the mechanics said that their "2 o'clock hadn't showed up" and they could sneak me in which I was very happy about. . . It wasn't a misfire, it was a valve seal/valve seal spring and a broken plug tip. . . They took the time to scope my engine and brought me in to the garage to show me everything that the camera was picking up. It wasn't something they could fix for me but got it put back together, changed out the broken plug and got me back on the road enough to get me home. Overall 5 star review from me for their help!

They got me in very efficiently. The waiting room is very clean and comfortable to sit in as they work on your car.

Had an emergency while on vacation. This Midas store got me in first thing (no wait). They were able to complete the service the same day (full brake job) and did it cheerfully and expeditiously. They kept me fully informed every step of the way. Too bad there is no Midas store near my home—I would definitely utilize them if yhere was.

Slid into a curb in North conway in the snow this weekend and blew out front tire I live 2hrs away I called midas and the boys there took great care of me they had a tire and they installed it for me and it was all done within an hour of me calling them hats off fellas thanks boys much appreciated
