All that and a bag of chips! I had hit an object in the road and had a piece of plastic hanging down they re-secured it at no charge and while I was waiting I had a small bag of chips they put out for the customers. I’d give them 6 stars if I could! 😊

I got stuck in the mud which made my steering wheel shake uncontrollably while driving, I had tried to get out as much of the mud as I could but it didn’t help. I ran into Midas to see if someone could help me (thinking that I really effed up my car somehow) and even being short handed a few technicians they managed to squeeze me in and get my car to stop shaking in a pretty timely manner! Thank you guys so much ☺️

The Midas staff/team saved the day. They were very courteous, kind and understanding of my situation. It also had a great spot in the lobby to conduct some personal work duties while we waited. I am very grateful and I look forward to continued future business.

Not sure, service was fast under 25 minutes and that pleased me. However I also scheduled a tire rotation yet when I look at bill/statement : tires 0.0 I asked but was reassured tires rotated. Oil change, fluid check tires rotated under 30 minutes I have concerns if tires were rotated. Ya'll should be a pit crew

Went in expecting to pay an arm and a leg to fix my exhaust. Not only was it within my price range but I was also able to get it in the next week to get it fixed. North Conway Midas staff is wonderful and explained everything wonderfully. Thank you!!!

My tire light came on while driving. I was worried - I was driving in the cold alone with two kids. The guys at Midas checked it out, rebalanced the air in all my tires, and sent me on my way ten minutes later with peace of mind and a smile. Thanks Midus!

Awesome experience. Came rolling into North Conway like my explorer belonged in NASCAR or a hot rod show. They got my vehicle in, replaced the exhaust part needed in the same day. Left town much quieter. From start to finish great people and service

Stopped in for some emergency service. Place was great, manger Josh was very professional and the technician knew his stuff. They got me up and running in no time for a fair price very satisfied.

I needed a pretty decent repair and they were able to see me within the next day and car runs nicely now
