Mike and Anne were INCREDIBLE today (May 17th 2024), I got squeezed in pretty last minute for my tires to be put on after I had a tire blow out situation, I was updated every step of the way and was given more information about what to expect to get fixed in the future and immediate things that needed to be fixed for my safety. Great crew and very friendly highly recommend :)
I was a loyal customer to this place since 2014, it’s really sad to see how bad this place has gone in just a short few years. Back when Jake was manager, he took care of his customers. Unfortunately it doesn’t seem as if this company cares about the customers over the $$ these days. As time goes on it seems as if they take their sweet time to do literally anything. They also like to say some things need to be done when they were JUST done or don’t need it. Like I said, this is very unfortunate because this company used to be wonderful. After my boyfriend’s appointment today for inspection. I don’t think I would be returning to this establishment again. I understand they just got slammed for faulty inspections. in the past 30 days His vehicle failed due to a small rust spot under the size of a quarter. He fixed it and brought it back in to re-inspect it just for them to tell him he needs new wipers now and a light replacement on an aftermarket grill. They never mentioned that when telling him the only thing needed was the rust spot being fixed. All the receptionist said was “oh our mechanics are diligent in their work so it must of failed some point from last inspection until now”. It's been driven under 20 miles and kept in the garage and fixed in that same garage since then, so I’m not sure how the wipers NOW needed fixing. The car is finally inspected but it took them a total of 7 hours to finish inspecting the vehicle. Johnson’s down the road is a bit more pricy but I promise you will get better service there now unfortunately.

May 17, 2024Jamie, we're sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory visit at our shop, this is now what our customers expect as you have pointed out. We're not sure why the wipers weren't mentioned on the initial inspection and apologize for that. As for the light, while it could have been working initially was not working when it was brought back in so it needed to be corrected. Aftermarket or not, if there is a light on the vehicle it must work per state guidelines. Lights can fail at any time, usually without warning. Ultimately our job is to make sure your vehicle is safe for you to operate and for everyone else on the road. The car was in a month earlier and had 70, not 20 miles on it since being inspected, not that much of a difference but just want to be accurate here. We have not "got slammed for faulty inspections" recently and are not sure where you got that information but it is in fact not true. Actually we have been asked many times by the state, along with state inspection officials, to assist in reinspecting vehicles that customers from other shops have filed complaints with. We will do better to serve our customers in a timely manner and apologize for any inconvenience. We appreciate your feedback as it only helps improve our service to our customers and have addressed this with our staff. I have been going here the past few year and have never had any issues .. they have taken good care of my truck ..

My girlfriend is a consistent customer their. But perhaps no longer. What happened to the previous front desk person? She was far more personable and efficient. New person is not nearly as personable, almost crass. Customers should feel comfortable speaking with a representative. For the first time, this was not comfortable for my girlfriend. The service techs however, were still in good shape. Clear and personable. Thank you. That's how the front desk should be. That's where the first impression of a shop is.

Great people at the front desk, anne is amazing very friendly and helpful. Would go here for small things like tires, alignment, oil, brakes. But not for anything important. Service is another story on my first visit, I was told we should order one part only to wait 4 days to have another mechanic say otherwise and order another part. Did not resolve the issues.. my second visit, I am actually mind blown. I brought my car in with no malfunction light for the suspension and the air compressor at least running, and working only to recieve it back three days later with a malfunction light and the air compressor not working at all. I'm not sure what happened in those 3 days, but my car is in worse condition than when I brought it to them. Check all your options before committing to their service.
Repair was quick and efficient. Staff was great, thank you Henry & Anne.
