Auto Care Plus's customer service is genuinely amazing, we had a car emergency an hour from home and they got me in immediately. Just saying that they were helpful and accommodating isn't nearly enough, they truly cared and went out of the way to make sure we were able to complete our adventure in a loaner car. Our Mechanic was sharp enough to spot a manufacturing defect with the part they received and procured another one I'm sure saving us time and money. I wish I could do more than just leave a stellar review but in doing so I hope other folks will go there and be just as impressed as we were. Thank you, you really saved us.

Brakes on my vehicle were sounding more dangerous by the mile while I was traveling up 16 for a day trip for eclipse viewing with the kids. Worried I wouldn't make home, stopped in Conway to start searching for any possible shop that would be willing to check my brakes & service the car - Auto Care Plus took me right in. I was able to use their loaner vehicle, and our family day continued on 💜🫶 The hospitality I was shown from our service coordinator, Anne, was overwhelming and right on point with anyone from Conway! Joe was our mechanic & did all he could to get my car safe again... which ended up being calipers locking up and worn down brakes. I'm glad I didn't go any further than I had, and I'm lucky we called this place. When you're pulling in, signal ahead of time, as cars will still pass you as you make this turn. I'll add video of pull in if I can.

I have relied on AutoCare Plus for many years. My current car is a 2001 Honda Insight with 287,000+ miles, and Joe at AutoCare Plus has kept it going beautifully for many years. Just yesterday, I had another experience of great service there for the annual inspection, which found no issues with this old car. Anne is now leading the great customer service there in Conway. I appreciate this local business and recommend it. I support local business by buying quality used cars and keeping them going as long as reasonably possible.

I had an oil change and a brake fluid flush scheduled, and the day before my appointment got a bunch of warnings appear on my dash. Annie got me in immediately to check out these issues in addition to the scheduled items. As I am planning a road trip in the next few days, I really appreciated the flexibility that the team in North ConeY provided
