Was having tire’s put on the rear of my van when I noticed two employees tapping on my windshield trying to get the crack that I had to grow. When I confronted them they admitted they were trying to get the crack to go longer. When I complain to the manager he couldn’t care less and just walked off. I wouldn’t Recommend this place to anyone.
Great experience with Tech name Kevin very welcoming and work oriented, Price friendly my fellow truckers .. That old man on second counter not very cust friendly but highly recommended.. In and out
Friendly workers, they dont sell used tires

They don't guarantee their work. Their techs are either careless or incompetent. My company was bringing their vans and trucks here for service until recently. The caliper tore off along with the emergency brake on interstate 95 on one of the vans. They had just serviced those items the day before. We called but Sullivan Tire didn't care. They wouldn't reimburse us for the tow or repair that now had to be done again.
