Don’t waste your time here. I called to schedule a service appointment a week in advance and dropped my car off the evening prior to it. I was told to expect a call after they diagnosed the issue to approve the service. I never received a call so I reached out toward the end of the day. They said they “didn’t get around to it” and that I could either leave it longer or pick it up as is. What’s the point of making an appointment if you’re just going to blow it off and fail to communicate? The first time I went to Motovated Auto for service they never told me when the car was ready. When I finally reached out they claimed they didn’t have any contact info for me. This, despite submitting the service request via email and then having multiple phone calls with them…and writing my contact information on a tag attached to the key I left with them. I tried twice and don’t have anything positive to say. Poor communication all around. I’ll be taking my car elsewhere and I recommend you do the same.

Tremendous service -- they went above and beyond to help me find hard-to-find parts for my 1998 Tacoma and to keep it in great running condition. They did the undercoating to get it ready for winter, shored up the suspension, and did my state inspection. Throughout the process, everyone in the shop was attentive and took time to work with my schedule and communicate everything to me clearly. Will definitely go back.

I went to see Motovated Auto after a different shop did work on my front brakes. Previous shop worked on them 4 different times and and I was still having issues. Steve and his team diagnosed the issue right away and fixed everything quickly. Steve and his tech discovered a few things that the other shop said they did but actually didn't do. Pretty shady work. Thank you Steve and team for making my car safe. I will be back for any of my auto needs! Highly recommended!!!

I've been to this place twice and I've got nothing but great things to say about them. Steve was more than accommodating and they always get me taken care of very quickly! Better than the other shops in the area!

Awesome place they where professional and up front with me I bring my personal and company vehicles to there no issues a must for your auto repairs
