I'm new to the area & needed an inspection, oil change & spark plugs to be changed. Bill & everyone else was super friendly, helpful & accommodating. They thoroughly explained everything & were honest & upfront. I love that they offer a shuttle ride to and from home if you live nearby. So glad that I found them.
I brought my husband’s truck in for a tire rotation and I had expressed to Bill that I thought the rear tires wear wearing unevenly. As soon as they were finished addressing my concerns and performing the requested maintenance, Bill let me know I could pick up the truck. I have used QuickLane for service ever since I have personally owned a vehicle and I will continue to do so based on the timely and thorough service accompanied by the professionalism and simplicity that I can count on from Bill and James.
