Tells you they will show up and does not even notify you that they won’t be coming. They ask if there their tech reached out to me and when told no they don’t apologize for waisting your whole day or the PTO that you took so they could do this work. If they act like this before they take your money just know how they will act if they cause a problem. I would stay away from this organization. Shady…
