Great place to go to if you want to be charged $1k more than you're quoted and then have to fix it again 3 months down the line because they did a bad job. They fixed our car with a faulty part and the first thing they asked when we called was "is it the same car?" Complete lack of integrity or ownership of mistakes. I regret ever thinking of going to them. We are now out over $800 because of their shoddy work.

Frustrating is the most polite word for my overall experience to date. Went to them over a faulty turbocharger connecter. Was assured by their initial check it was only the connector. Dropped the car off for a day repair. I get a phone call later saying the turbocharger was cracked and needed to be replaced. So, add another day and a higher price than I was initially estimated. Next day, I get told it's ready to go, I get down there and am informed the replacement they received is defective and they have to order another (to their relative credit, I wasn't charged for the second.) Adds another day to this mess. Now a month and change later, my check engine light comes on. I get a diagnostic check, and now it's an issue with the turbocharger valve. This just turned into a snowball of bad communication and now multiple fautly parts.

Great service, fantastic people -- can't recommend highly enough!
