Reviews about a stolen bike are FALSE. The owner of this company knew NOTHING about the stolen bike. The owner is struggling with health issues and a bad employee took advantage. As soon as it was brought to Jason’s attention, the employee was immediately terminated. This kind of behavior does not align with Jason’s or the company’s beliefs/values. This is a reputable business and Jason has never even stolen a candy bar in his entire life. He is a well known, respectable man who made a name for himself from the ground up. The authors of the reviews are biased and Canfield's Collision is working on getting the slanderous posts taken down. Big companies like Merchants Auto and Enterprise Rentals trust Canfield's Collision with their business.
My second time doing business with Canfield Collision. The service is amazing, and the staff is genuine. They made me an appointment to drop off my car on Monday and it was ready looking like new on Wednesday. Prices are fair but you can’t put a price on a business you can honestly trust with your vehicle.
Had very bad experience with them very sketchy place known for having stolen property and stripping bikes, and other things of that nature bad business rich Fortier is a scum bag and a thief along with the company

May 9, 2024Sorry, I have never done business with you. Sounds like your experience was with a short time employee of mine.
My stolen motorcycle was found here by me it was one of there employees who stole it and ripped my parts off and painted it, costed me 12000$ in bike damages and missing parts I’ll never find again like my exhaust that was chopped off or my chrome parts. I checked the vin the police showed up the employee who used there tools to tare my bike apart was arrested and were able to recover parts of my bike.

May 9, 2024Sorry, Don't think I have ever done business with you? Sounds like your experience was with a former employee? Who was terminated! The pictures you posted were exactly same why bike looked first time he drove in on it. So to say my shop and tools were used is false!

My Honda was pretty banged up after a guy hit me while looking at his phone. His insurance paid for anything so I cannot comment on cost. However, the work appears to be very solid. Looking at the car you would never know and it drives pretty much exactly as I remember. Canfield is very easy to talk to and coordinate with; it's refreshing to deal with real people rather than a large corporation that doesn't care. Communication was open and plain. As of the writing of this review I am very pleased.
