I have used East Derry Collision twice over the past few years; the first time was for my daughter's brand new car and most recently for my Mercedes. You cannot even tell anything ever happened to the vehicles. I worked with Nick both times. He is very professional, communicative and fair. I highly recommend using this business.

Had a rear door put on our Rav4 and was never aligned right, you can see the gap. Hard to close, and open, ever since. Not a fan, too much of a rush in my eyes.

Nick has been great to work with through various incidents. I've had the unfortunate luck of having 4 separate incidents and Nick and his crew has always come through with spectacular repairs.

I highly recommend East Derry collision. My car was in an accident last fall, Nick did a great job from start to finish. I never leave reviews but I thought this one was worth the recognition. They got my car in as soon as possible, and was very honest with me about time and pricing. Even despite the fact that the holidays were approaching fast, he took my car in when a lot of places were going to leave me on a few months waiting list. They were very thorough to make sure my car was taken care of, leaving nothing unchecked. They were very good about communicating with insurance and making sure that insurance paid out what they were responsible for paying. He assured me that he is working for me, not for the insurance, even though the insurance was the one paying. A lot of places can just take care of what the insurance quotes them which is usually the bare minimum, but these guys wanted to make sure my car came back to me with no question of a further issue down the line. Needless to say my car was in and out within a couple weeks even though it had become a much bigger than anticipated. Not only that but it was in much better shape than even before the accident. Nick assured me to contact him if any further issues came up upon picking up my car after completion. When I picked it up, there were two small issues the backup camera was not plugged in, and one of my radio speakers was not working. Bot very minor problems, and upon communicating this with him, he made sure to get it taken care. He met up with me twice to make sure it was taken care of, no extra charge to me. This was above and beyond, considering a lot of places can tell you it’s not their problem anymore. Not to mention, this was all happening around the holidays. A very busy time of the year. He had already gotten paid and with how busy things get at the time of year, to me this was excellent customer service. Will always recommend and return here in the future.

The customer service was great! I had an unfortunate encounter with a ditch when I had to pull my horse trailer off the side of the road. I was worried I wouldn't find anyone to take care of it's bent fender since it's not a car or truck. East Derry not only did a great job, they took care of it in record time. I was very happy to hear that they would even be willing to help with carriage maintenance, which I hope to return for soon.

Absolutely amazing experience with East Derry Collision. My husband and I used them after one of our cars was rear ended. I was nervous finding a place to fix it since I had a bad experience with another repair shop a few years ago. Nick and Melissa were wonderful to work with. Both of them were extremely kind and professional. Nick explained everything - insurance, ordering parts, giving us an ETA, and always great with any additional questions we had. He kept us updated the whole way. We just picked the car up and it looks amazing! I would recommend them ten times over. Friendly, professional, informative and they do great work.
