Great Service, Quick in and out, Thanks Walmart 😊
I didn't have an appointment but this Walmart was able to get me right in and rotate the tires on my Tucson, Thanks Walmart 😊
Easy transaction and a legit price.
Needed tires, got tires , left . Now you leave to .
Went in to get a flat tire patched. Told me it would be about an hour-hour and a half. No problem. Told them I’d wait at the store. After two hours with no update I check in, they tell me only 20 more minutes and you’re up , okay I’ll do some grocery shopping and when I’m done it should be good to go or close. Another hour later - still my car isn’t even in the garage yet. So what went from an hour wait to almost 4 hours later - just told them give me the keys and I’ll go somewhere else. No remorse , no apology. Just be honest about the wait time so I can make a conscious decision about whether to wait , go home and wait , or come back another day. Total waste of time and the employees act like they could care less to be there or help any of the customers. They act like the customers are a nuisance to them. It’s your job - you chose to work there.
