The Service Technician was courteous, and professional. He advised me of service that should be performed and one that could easily be put off. I felt like I was not being taken advantage of.

I recently got a car from this dealership and Yusef E helped us out. He was very kind and did a great job informing me about everything. I am extremely happy with my purchase, and very glad I had Yusef to help me through the whole progress! He is very well spoken and just an overall pleasant person to talk to.
Everytime i come to toyota hendrick Steven Arterbery has been taking good care of me and always give me real good customer service. Got me in and out under an hour. Steven tells me what needs to be done to my truck. Steven gives me a clear and good run down

Went in, gave specific needs and Michael Cirrincione pulled all the strings to get exactly what we asked for. Definitely had a great experience.
