Heater core replacement on a 2001 wrangler....steering column, center console and dash had to come out...repair was done on time and at the quoted price.

Woodys Automotive performed a brake check for our F150; the results were the front was good; and the rear brakes had 3-4 months remaining. No pressure to perform work; just presented factual findings. I asked them to replaced the rear brakes; work was speedy and competent. Stellar work; keep me in the decision loop; and competitively priced. I will return for future work.

charged me 500$ for a belt change and a alternator. okay fine whatever. they then proceeded to leave the dirty broken belt in my truck cab that has tan interior, and left a small oil stain on my original 1989 cab seats, that i had already spend all day cleaning less than 6 months ago. all while leaving my truck hood unlatched, for anyone to come take a looksie at what's in there. i am so excited to spend my next day off scrubing those damn seats. again.

Since I have owned a car I have taken it into Woody's North for oil changes, engine problems tire replacements, ect. Recently I have noticed a change in their business practices and the way they treat me so I will not be returning to this mechanic. Took my car in to get my brakes replaced, I was never quoted a price until my car was taken apart, and I was told I was going to have to pay $700 for a new wheel cylinder and $300 for my brake job. when I told them to put my car back together so I could take it to another shop for another opinion, they called me and told me they would drop $100 off the price. This was an exchange through multiple phone calls, with a receptionist who was treating me like a child. I ended up going to a different mechanic who did the same quality of work for much cheaper. I feel as though I was being taken advantage of and will not be returning to this shop. multiple of the employees talk down to me and I can tell they do not take me seriously. I have gotten multiple texts asking to leave a review since this experience, so here you go. I will not be returning.

Looking at the invoice the $700 would have replaced all the rear brake components including the wheel cylinders as for the $300 that was for the front brakes. The reason we offered the discount was to just get your vehicle on the road safely. We would love to have another chance to take care of you and the vehicle and see what we can do to make this right. They were kind and courteous, and honest.They gave me an estimate of what needed to be done, which was not an easy task, to say the least, then proceeded to get it done in a expeditious manner. I received my car back much sooner than expected and am very pleased with the work that was done. Highly recommend. 👍

2012 f150. I have the extended warranty through ASC. I needed my turbos replaced and speed control sensor plate on the transmission. The lady at this location check with the warranty company to see what's covered. Later that day she told me everything was covered. So I dropped the truck off and was told by her that she was going to check with ASC to make sure everything was covered. Which was strange after you told me it was covered. So way later that day she said warranty only covered the turbos but not the transmission part. Which came to 4200 dollars but the warranty covered 3200 and some change. So I was told by the lady that parts were up charged at 52% so 800 out my pocket I'd have to pay which I believe was way high. So I had to pick my truck up to go somewhere I can afford. We just had a baby so will not be referring this company to anyone at this time. Left one Star or it would not let me post

May 25, 2023Kevin, Ashley did verify with the warranty company before you brought your vehicle in that these were covered repairs. However, the warranty company advised that before they would give any approval amounts that the truck would need to be diagnosed by our facility first, as they would not accept diagnostic done at another facility. This was communicated to you before and during your drop off of your vehicle, as well as notated on your repair order estimate that you received and viewed via text a week prior to the scheduled appointment. Once the truck was at our facility and diagnosed by our technicians, the warranty company was then contacted again to provide the results of the diagnostic. At that time is when the warranty company gave their approval amounts. The warranty agreed to cover the entire sensor plate. They agreed to cover the turbo replacements as well, but not at full cost. This is why there was a balance owed by you. Also, per your warranty conditions you are responsible for diagnostic fees, fluids and tax. We then again readjusted the the prices to help alleviate the balance owed. Overall, the final price was discounted $297.58 less than it would have been. Woody's Automotive is the only place I take my vehicles to locally anymore. They do phenomenal work and always give reasonable prices. They just repaired every brake line in my 2006 BMW 530xi and now it runs like a dream. 10/10 recommend!

I was impressed by the incredibly prompt and professional service. They called when they found a problem and then went ahead and fixed it. They weren't hesitant to give me a ride home and also to pick me up when the work was done. I recommend them to everyone!!!

Woody’s North has the most courteous, reliable staff. Ashley made communication easy, so progress was known and costs anticipated. I liked the way technical aspects were explained so I could understand what needed to be fixed. This shop is clean, organized, and employees are professional. Great management and superb technicians. And, they keep appointments on their calendar and stick to the schedule!
