I read their reviews and made a good decision! My Chrysler 200 was having problems shifting (shift hard) and the dash lights went out and the power steering. Not only did this company figure out the battery wasn't pushing out enough power but they kept me updated with a link thru text message showing me pictures and explaining the problems they found. I'd never seen anything like it. We will be taking our other vehicle to them soon! Thank you so much for getting me back on the road so quickly! 😊 🚗

This is the only automotive repair shop I trust and recommend it without reservation. From the moment they answer the phone through diagnosis and repair, the level of service is outstanding. In addition to the repairs you need, they provide a very detailed inspection report (with pics!). You are furnished with a detailed estimate of repairs in advance so you're informed every step of the way through through the repair. You are welcomed the moment you step in, and wait time is a minumum. Anthony and AJ are professional and courteous and provide superior customer service on the front desk and phone. I even received a call the next day to ensure my satisfaction with the repairs! The warranty they provide on the repair is better than I've seen anywhere, and I know they honor it with the same level of service you received initially. I won't trust anyone but Christian Bros for automotive service and repairs.

If another problem shows up, they fixed it, probably saved money by their diagnostic equipment. Certainly saved my time & theirs with the team of experts and up to date diagnostic equipment. When a shop beats the shop rate time, they show me the shop will be there next time.

Had a part of my engine cover loose and dragging. Took it here not really expecting much since it was a late Friday afternoon. They fixed the problem within the hour and said it was no big thing so they didn’t charge me. Not only were they efficient in their work and fair in pricing, they were also very very friendly. They have definitely earned a returning customer from me.

First time going here and it was a great experience from AJ who answered the phone to the mechanic who worked on my car. They also offer rides home and will come pick you up when your vehicle is ready. I was also impressed how clean everything was. Not only the waiting room, but out where they work on the cars.
