I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.I scheduled a appointment last week for Tuesday 3 Oct. I told them everything that I wanted checked besides the oil change. I got here at 7:40am. At 9:15 I asked how long. He told me that he was waiting for a bay to open up because it needed a more experienced mechanic to fix all the things I added today. Well I didn't add anything. It was going to be awhile. This is ridiculous when you schedule an appointment and give them what all besides the oil change you wanted done it should have been scheduled with the more experienced mechanic then. After the maintenance agreement is over so am I. I drove 40 miles to come here. Just be careful when using this business because they could just wreck your plans for the day. It sounds like I'm going to be here till noon. On the bright side the person at the desk is pleasant.

I've been coming here since I bought my car in 2015 from them. I've never had a major problem with the services they've performed and the prices have been mostly fair. Everyone has always been super nice and accomodating. My main issue is that it's never been quick coming here. My car is a PITA to work on which is why I take it here to begin with, so I understand that it takes a while anyway, but it's never not an all day event to get even just my oil changed. They never have courtesy cars, which I completely understand it's first come, first serve and it's literally not possible to give one to everyone, which is fine. But it's really frustrating when you're one of the first few people in line of the day at 0700 and get told no. I appreciate that they have the shuttle to move people back and forth all over Wichita, and it's been so nice to use, but it's inconvenient to not have a car for literally all day. I just wish the wait wasn't so long because it's super off putting. Since I've been coming here for so long though I don't really trust anyone else to work on my car, so I just have to deal with it lol.

The guys try to do there best. But it always a long delay. If getting an oil change plan for a few hours. Had a single tire replacement appointment at one today. 3:10 being told they just getting to it will be done soon. Understand being busy. But whats point of an appointment if it does not help with the efficiency or speed of the in And out. Wish this was a one time thing but oil changes are the same. At least a couple hour every dang time! If got time to spend waiting this the place to go.
