They make promises they cant keep, your time is not their concern. They are sarcastic. They expect you to be happy about them wasting your time. Time is not an urgency. to them and its not a QUICK lane. I have been forced to come here several times with a new vehicle one of those times I scheduled a recall appt at least 30 days in advance when I showed up for my appt they did not have the parts— true story. They did not call me to reschedule no nothing. Wasting an entire day off work. I have lots of stories but since i have constant problems with my NEW vehicle kinda stuck

I encountered a road hazard on Kellogg. They got it fixed quickly. Almost NASCAR quick. Great service.

Took my wife's car to quick lane, they tried selling her new tires. Our tires had minimal wear on them. Told them no on the tires, and the next time we went in, they said the same tires were in excellent condition. The exact same thing they said about her breaks. The first time they needed to be replaced badly, the next time they were good. My Sons car they ruined the shroud under the car. Never offered to replace it. Also told him they couldn't do the tire rotation because his lug nuts were swollen. Now I have heard it all they want to charge him over a hundred dollars to replace the lug nuts. When they are the only ones that have touched the tires. These tires were purchased from them, and they are the only ones that ever touched the lug nuts. If this is not scary enough, they claimed he had an oil leak. His car has never leaked oil before. We have had his shroud off due to running wires for the audio system. The shroud was perfectly fine and was oil free. But when they showed us his oil leak, it was covered in fresh oil, and it looked just like someone splashed oil up onto the engine. We have a brand new driveway at home. There was never one oil spot from his car in the past. Plus, like I said, we just had the shroud off a week prior to them showing us this. I believe now they are definitely doing mischievous business practices. I have been going here a long time. I am an engineer. So I know if I am being lied to. After all this, we went home and checked the oil. It is overful. They added way too much oil. I have seen way too many lies, and deceit come from quick lane. That has no quick service it took them over 3.5 hours to do an oil change without a tire rotation and obviously no real inspection, while we waited. What a way to start the new year 1/3/24... I will never bring another car here ever again. I can't believe I have been coming here this long. Mostly for convenience, but now that's not even the case. It's nothing but a huge inconvenience to go to a quick lane. I really could use an honest mechanic in 2024. Quick Lane will hopefully get a visit soon from KAKE news. KAKE on your side, needs to really look into their business practices. I have seen them do this to other dishonest mechanics. Hopefully, they can stop by Quick Lane this year and give them a real test. Everyone will see then how dishonest these crooks are. Happy New Year everyone, don't waste your time going here.
