Great experience overall. You get a text with a link to show you photos and videos of the damage as well as a description of what needs to be done. Very kind staff as well, always willing to help answer questions and willing to assist the best they can. Once you get the diagnostic you get the option to approve the work or decline. Not pushy on getting all the work done very respectful of the decisions you make.

Alexander Automotive is a breath of fresh air. They send you screenshots and videos of what’s going on with your vehicle and highlight the problems. Not only is he honest, he is highly competent. I like being able to trust the person and the work all in one place.
