They fixed my issue. Though it took some time, but I really appreciate them! And it was affordable! They even fixed my windshield wipers lol and I didn’t even ask for that! Thank you. Will come back!
Great service! Fixed my AC quickly and charged a reasonable price. Will definitely be my go-to mechanic from here on out.
They fixed my car good price and had good customer service definitely recommend them
Great pricing an did a excellent job with my vehicle
April 30th 2024 my daughter her car to Air Capital Automotive to be serviced. While the vehicle was actively being worked a technical left the car unattended while it was running with the door open. A person walking down the street saw the unattended vehicle running with the door open and hopped in the vehicle driving it away. Air Capital Automotive seems like they do not want to take responsibility for this situation. Leaving a vehicle running with the door open unattended is gross negligence.

May 3, 2024Hi Jeff, We are very sorry about what happen. We did not leave the car running as you stated and the keys were also not in the ignition, the cam sensor was unplugged with a power probe on it with $2500 worth of our equipment plugged into the obd port as well as we were inside talking about what to test next on the car for all of about 3 minutes while the car was parked right in front of our garage door. This was a totally random event and not "gross negligence". I did ask if the car had full coverage insurance and was told the full coverage insurance was recently canceled on the vehicle and our signs posted do in fact say, "Do you have full coverage insurance? Your insurance is responsible for theft or damage" but again we are very sorry about what happen. We called and gave the police the video footage and alerted the vehicle owner right away so I am not sure why you say we aren't willing to help, but this is about all we can do unfortunately and the vehicles insurance would be the one to cover something like this. If there is anything we can do to help find the vehicle, we will assist in whatever way we can.
Bought a car, having a hard time getting a title. Steer clear of them folks!

Apr 24, 2024I believe you have us confused with a car lot, we don't sell vehicles , I would appreciate you removing this review!
I had this shop do an oil change for me and after taking it to another shop for my next oil change I found out my drain plug was stripped from being over torqued. This was after they "fixed" a coolant issue I was having where they forgot to put an o-ring on my system so the engine was sucking air and not properly cooling my engine. I took it back to them to have them fix it and I still had to take it to another shop to have my thermostat fixed after their work. I normally love supporting smaller locally owned shops but this was a pretty big let down.

Apr 24, 2024Hey Alex, I do remember this repair we did about a year ago in May of 2023 on your Jeep Wrangler. I, the owner, personally did this repair. I did the water pump and thermostat and the air wasn't fully out of the system due to the oring on the bleed screw being worn out and enlarged and allowing air to enter the closed/pressurized system, but it was not forgotten. Those Jeeps are notoriously hard to bleed 100% so I do apologize. We didn't hear back from you so I figured you were good to go. I should have drove it around a few miles after I bled the system the second time and checked for more air and repeated the process again to double check but we were pressed for time. On the stripped oil pan drain plug, I hand tightened the oil drain plug, so I'm not sure how it would be stripped. None of our guys, including myself, use any kind of impact or power ratchet because we aren't a quick service "get it done as quick and possible" kind of shop so it's just not something we do. If the shop told you the bolt was stripped, its likely they used an impact to take it off and stripped it themselves, and then blamed it on the last shop to get you to pay for a new plug while saving face but it's hard to say. So again, I do apologize about your experience but we strive to remedy any situation a customer might have with any of our repairs. If you need any repairs in the future, we will offer you a discount next time, just reference this response!
I've had work done at the shop several times now. Literally from their first year of business, until current. My car comes back in better condition every time. I was hit three times and brought my car to the shop all three times. Cory personally found ways to save me money, and cut the cost on repair. If I had an issue or question, he's made it right every single time. When I got hit, he had my car towed, until I could cover some cost. The shop has been good to me, I've personally witnessed Cory work arrangements with customers, as well as find ways to save the customer money on pre-existing issues on customer vehicles. I prefer to take my car where the work is honest, reliable, and I can trust the person I'm doing business with. That's what I've gotten since doing business with Air Capital Airline.
